  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, The Charming Bead Shop ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Charming Bead Shop  ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    2) SEND PACKAGE BACK ***WITH A COPY OF RECIEPT INCLUDED*** TO THE ADDRESS ON THE SHIPPING LABEL.  WE ENCOURAGE EVERY PACKAGE SENT PACK TO US INCLUDE A TRACKING ID AND INSURANCE - PAID BY SENDER - TO PROTECT ALL PARTIES.

    3) WE PROCESS ALL RETURNS ON THE FRIDAY FOLLOWING RECIEPT

    3) INCLUDE WHAT YOU ARE EXCHANGING **FOR** WITH WHAT YOU ARE SENDING **BACK** ON THE COPY OF THE INVOICE YOU ENCLOSED.  PLEASE ALSO INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER TO BE REACHED AT WITH ANY QUESTIONS.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING,  WE BEAR ANY OTHER SHIPPING.  WITH EXCHANGES, RESTOCK CHARGES ARE WAIVED. 

     

    Do know we apply any initial shipping charges not paid by customer and a flat 20% restocking fee to cover any cost of return to vendor, staff labor, or any other associated cost borne by us, to you, for the delivery of the initial package on all returns or any other instances we see fit.
